The Man Behind the Brand
WHO'S COMING TO YOUR HOME
A Note From Drew — Owner
My name is Drew, and I want you to know exactly who you're letting into your home — because that matters to me deeply. I care about who's around my family, and I know you feel the same way. That's why I only open up like this with our All Elite members.
I was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. In 2010, the earthquake changed everything. I came to Florida with my family and started over — with nothing but drive and a clear vision of what I wanted to build.
In 2019, I joined the U.S. Army right out of high school. I served with the 3rd Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group. I went to Air Assault School, Airborne School, deployed to Africa, and left in 2025 as a Sergeant (E5) and a disabled veteran. I accomplished everything I set out to do in the military — and then I was ready for the next mission: building something that lasts.
That mission is this. Building a brand. Creating real jobs. Providing for my family and for the families of every person who works alongside me. This is not a side hustle. We do this every single day. Our guys show up to work like professionals because that's what they are — fully insured, taken care of, with 401(k)s, because I believe if you're going to build something great, you have to take care of the people building it with you.
We have families just like you. We understand what home means. And when Marcus and the team pull up to your driveway, you are in good hands — trained hands, accountable hands, hands that treat your property like it's their own.
This isn't a faceless company. We're building something real here — something great. And you're part of it now. Welcome to the family.
You're not a customer. You're family.
I only share this with our All Elite members — because that's what you are to us.

The Journey
FROM HAITI TO AFRICA

Left Port-au-Prince, Haiti after the devastating earthquake. Came to Florida with my family and started over — with nothing but drive and a clear vision of what I wanted to build.
Enlisted right out of high school. Assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group in a support role. That's where I learned what it really means to operate at a high level.
Completed Air Assault School — one of the Army's most physically demanding courses. Rappelling from helicopters, sling loads, precision under pressure.
Earned the Airborne badge at Fort Benning. Jumped out of planes. Because when you commit to something, you go all the way.
Deployed with the 20th Special Forces Group to Africa. Served alongside some of the best soldiers in the world. Every day was a lesson in accountability and excellence.
Left as a Sergeant (E5). I accomplished everything I set out to do in the military — and I was ready for the next mission. Building a brand, creating jobs, and taking care of people. That's what this is.
